Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.

You’re responsible for keeping your account information accurate.

3. Partner Deals

All deals are provided by participating businesses.

Availability, restrictions, and redemption rules are controlled by each partner.

Mitten Pass isn’t responsible for changes, cancellations, or issues with partner offers.

4. Payments & Billing

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Failed payments may lead to paused or revoked access.

All charges are final unless required by law.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel anytime through your account. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn’t refund past charges.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, share access, or attempt to exploit offers beyond intended use. Abuse may lead to account termination.

7. Partner Responsibilities

Businesses featured in Mitten Pass are responsible for honoring their offers and providing service as advertised.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mitten Pass isn’t liable for partner performance, lost savings, failed redemptions, or any indirect damages resulting from using the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the new version.
